James acted for us in the purchase of a house and the sale of our existing flat. We first met him at the viewing for our new house, where he did a great job of explaining what he thought we’d need to do in order to secure the property in the current hectic market. We felt that he negotiated well, communicated clearly, and we were able to quickly agree an offer between ourselves and his clients before the property went to closing date. 
 
He was excellent in the sale of our flat, clearly explaining his strategy for the sale, helped arrange the flat to photograph well for the sales materials, and achieved a strong valuation. He efficiently vetted potential viewers to ensure only serious potential buyers viewed the property and achieved a sale above valuation within one week. 
 
His communication remained great throughout, including helping us set our expectations for the timescales of the different stages of the process, and helped everyone in the chain keep calm when banks wanted additional surveys.

Sandrina and her team were recommended to us by a family friend. From the moment we met with Sandrina we were impressed. Sandrina worked with us the entire way through the process until the completion of our sale. There were a few last minute worries, which Sandrina was quick to address and advise on. The method the team take in terms of the avoidance of closing dates really works well – and offers benefits to both sellers and prospective buyers.

When you are choosing an estate agent, choose carefully. Check out those who have properties for sale. Do they get back to you quickly? At all? Because if they aren’t actively promoting THAT property, they aren’t going to do it for yours.
We had 4 agents booked in. One didn’t return our calls. One didn’t follow up the initial appointment. Of the other two, who offered significantly different services, we chose the more expensive one because:
we wanted quality for us and our potential buyers
someone to advise on getting the house market ready
we wanted great marketing
we wanted someone to take as much stress away as possible
we wanted professionalism and speed
we wanted updated
we wanted the best price we could get from someone we trusted

This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. We’re delighted with our new home and although we don’t intend to be moving, I would highly recommend Cecchini to anyone who is considering either selling or buying! Thanks Sandrina and Team 😁

We had had our apartment on the market with a “no thrills budget” renowned estate agent for 100 days.  The property agent and company delivered a sub-standard non-existent service which subsequently resulted in a stale listing.  We contacted Cecchini Property to switch to them. The time had come to sell my mum’s flat and I really wanted to get the best price for my mum and the process needed to be stress/hassle free. I didn’t think that any of that would be achievable until we met Sandrina. From start to finish every detail, no matter how big or small was handled efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to sell property and get the money in my mums bank account that quick! More importantly, to me as a daughter living over 100 miles away from my mum it was 100% stress/hassle free for us both. My advice to anyone that’s lucky enough to have Sandrina sell your property is.. if Sandrina recommends it – do it, If she doesn’t – don’t!
